Kombucha is naturally effervescent and the fizz can vary from batch to batch or depend on storage conditions. Once opened, the fizziness may die down though the taste and benefits will not change significantly.

Should I keep URBNMONK Kombucha in or out of the fridge?
As it is a raw living food ALWAYS keep your Kombucha in the refrigerator (<10°C).
Is it safe to drink if it is left out of refrigeration?
We recommend consuming within 7 days of opening the bottle if refrigerated properly. Do not consume if left outside of refrigeration for several days.
